Welding method is divided into brazing, seam welding, laser welding and instantaneous liquid phase joint. Due to the complexity of the welding process and the short residence time of the welding wheel at each welding spot, the heat dissipation condition of the welding part surface is poor and it is easy to overheat, which affects the overall mechanical properties of the honeycomb plate. Transient liquid diffusion bonding is mostly used in multi-alloy systems. Laser welding equipment investment cost is large, so the current brazing method is widely used. The assembly and clamping method before the brazing of honeycomb panel is to assemble the honeycomb core one by one with the assembly fixture, and then clamp the honeycomb core on the upper and lower plates. The whole metal honeycomb plate is clamped using the five-point clamping method with flat thin steel plate.
